Accessibility

We are working to make sure every attendee has access to our festival. Here’s what we’re doing to make it easier for our book lovers with  special needs to fully enjoy this year’s author sessions. Look for these symbols at the Festival Information Desk for help.

Mobility and Vision Assistance

Mobility & Vision Assistance is available for ticket holders who use a wheelchair or walker, or have difficulty seeing, walking, or standing.

  • ADA Entry to the Convention Center
A ramp is located on the Grant Avenue side of the Convention Center. Convention Center Map

  • ADA Entry to Author Sessions
Reserved accessible seating is available in the Premium, Choice, and General Admission sections.

  • Waiting Areas for Guests Who Can’t Stand in Line
Limited seating is available outside the Main and Conversation Stages for guests unable to stand for long periods.
To reduce congestion, we ask that only one companion wait with you. You’re welcome to save seats inside for the rest of your party once doors open.

  • Early Entry & ADA Designated Lines
Doors will open early for guests who need extra time. A volunteer will escort you and a companion to the ADA seating area for your ticket type.
