Greeters Serve as a highly visible point of contact in hallways and entry areas. In addition to welcoming guests and answering questions, this role focuses on directing foot traffic, preventing congestion, and keeping Festival spaces moving smoothly.

Information Table volunteers are the primary point of contact for guests in the Convention Center lobby, assisting with directions, credential check-in, and ticketing support.
