2027 Refund Policy
Before April 14, 2027, tickets are refundable, not including service fees and processing fees. After April 15, 2027, tickets are nonrefundable; though tickets may be donated or transferred at any time.
Donate Your Tickets - You may donate your tickets to the Festival. The ticket value (excluding service and processing fees) will be converted to a charitable donation, and you will receive a donation acknowledgment letter.
Transfer Your Tickets - We do not facilitate ticket resales. However, if you have identified someone who would like to use your tickets, we can update the ticket holder information and resend the tickets.
