Refunds
If you have purchased tickets and are unable to attend the Festival, the following options are available:
Refund Protection
Refund protection is provided by an independent third party and is available only at checkout when purchasing Festival tickets.

Make a Refund Request
Refunds are available through April 14 for the ticket amount only. Service fees, processing fees, and refund protection (if applicable) are nonrefundable. After April 15, tickets are nonrefundable. At that time, tickets may still be donated or transferred.Donate Your Tickets
You may donate your tickets to the Festival. The ticket value (excluding service and processing fees) will be converted to a charitable donation, and you will receive a donation acknowledgment letter.
Transfer Your Tickets
We do not facilitate ticket resales. However, if you have identified someone who would like to use your tickets, we can update the ticket holder information and resend the tickets.
