Volunteers in this role help ensure that fellow volunteers arrive informed, supported, and ready to step into their shifts.

overflow procedures and the quiet listening room (qlr)

TICKETED GUESTS have first access. The first two rows are reserved for them. No wristband is needed.

UNTICKETED GUESTS must collect a wristband at the Community Engagement table (located on the southwest corner of the lobby, west of the bookstore)

  1. They may collect a wristband for one author at a time.

  2. Wristband distribution begins 30 minutes prior to the presentation.

  3. They must wait in the courtyard until all ticketed guests are cleared, then they will be invited into the QLR.

  4. Approximately 110-130 wristbands will be made available per Main Stage simulcast. When wristbands all wristbands are distributed, no further access is allowed.
