Donate Stock or Securities 

Consider donating appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual funds. These gifts can offer significant tax advantages while deeply benefiting the Festival’s work. For transfer instructions, please contact Asya Beardsley at asya@sfinternationallitfest.org

Charitable IRA Gifts

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA). These gifts can count toward your required minimum distribution and may be excluded from taxable income. Speak with your IRA administrator to initiate the transfer.

Gifts from Donor-Advised Funds

You may recommend a gift from your donor-advised fund. If your DAF provider offers an online portal, please search for Santa Fe International Literary Festival tax ID #99-1440332 to make your gift.

Please note: IRS rules do not allow donors who give through Charitable IRAs or Donor Advised Funds to receive benefits — like tickets or event perks. Please call our office at 505-575-6777 for more information.
