The Bibliothèque Lounge Volunteer Meeting brings lounge volunteers and team leaders and staff together for a focused, final check-in to prepare for the Festival. We’ll review roles, expectations, and communication pathways specific to the lounge.

Just as importantly, it’s a chance to connect so everyone understands how the lounge operates and who to turn to for support—building the coordination and shared awareness that ensure a welcoming, well-managed experience for our guests throughout the Festival.
