Our All Team Leader Meeting brings team and area managers and leaders together for a focused, final check-in before the Festival begins. We’ll review last-minute updates, clarify any changes, and make sure roles and communication pathways are clear. Just as importantly, it’s a chance to connect so every team leader knows who’s who—building the relationships and shared understanding that help us support one another seamlessly throughout the Festival.
